Hayley O'Connor - Business Development Manager

Hayley has over fifteen year B2B sales experience and a passion for all things digital; specialising in social media and supporting her clients on this journey.

Hayley has a creative flair, which starts back with her early years running a professional dance troop in collaboration with Contagious Club Wear. This progressed in to starting up her own entertainments company, Wright Here Wright Now, which featured heavily in the local club scene in Swindon. Her bubbly, infectious character means there is never a dull moment in Total Towers!

Hayley brings her passion and extensive experience to each and every meeting, with the sole aim of tailoring the best package possible for each client. She sees her role, not so much as direct sales, but as a facilitator, helping spread the word of each client’s business to the widest audience possible. Having run her own business she knows how difficult it is to effectively advertise and believes that 'Total Guide to' is the best platform for any business, both new and established, to do this.

She spends her free time with her family and enjoys music, socialising, yoga and red wine…..lots of red wine - to compensate for the constant demands of her 3 children.
