The Lost Coin started in 2006 and was incorporated as The Lost Coin Financial Planning Ltd in 2014. We merged into Cactus Financial Planning Ltd from 1st March 2024. We find "lost coins" for individuals, companies and trusts such as reduced income, capital gains, inheritance tax and national insurance; lower product and fund charges; investments realigned with your risk profile and personal values; increased savings interest; lost policies found; cancel policies that are no longer needed. We ask lots of questions about your health, family, values and wishes. We agree a fixed fee to review your policies in depth, before advising you on the most appropriate action on each one. Employers are encouraged to offer a flexible salary and benefits package so that their staff can choose to increase their retirement provision tax efficiently and be provided with lump sum death benefits for their loved ones. We advise business owners on using pension and tax rules to provide for their retirement whilst helping their business grow. This may result in their pension scheme buying their commercial property or other premises for business expansion. These clients pay a fixed monthly fee for ongoing support and advice. This includes unlimited contact by email, phone, Teams and post; a minimum number of meetings; a sounding board for ideas; full liaison with their professional advisers. Many people have commented positively on our name, which comes from the title of a parable in the Bible. Our business is founded on Christian values of trust, honesty and integrity.
