Pinkmans Bakery to open new cafe at Bristol Cathedral following major renovation

A popular bakery and cafe is partnering with a historic City Centre location to offer customers a taste of nostalgic flavours.

Pinkmans and Bristol Cathedral are set to open a new cafe, accessible from both the cathedral and Trinity Street, featuring items such as the bakery’s well-known doughnuts.

Following an extensive two-year refurbishment, the cathedral’s cafe now offers level access throughout and opens onto the cathedral’s hidden garden, providing visitors with a peaceful retreat.

The cafe’s launch coincides with the unveiling of a 7-meter planet Earth installation by artist Luke Jerram at the cathedral.

The cafe will operate from Monday to Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and on Sunday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
