Round 2 of the Castle Combe Autumn Junior Karting Championship

Sunday the 18th of August saw Round 2 of the Castle Combe Autumn Junior Karting Championship take place.

Ryan Taylor lined up on pole position for the grand final, but was jumped off the line by Harrison Dunsden. Ryan stayed with Harrison for the first couple of laps before Harrison was able to set a string of fastest laps to break away and take the win.

Ryan was able to pull away from the battle for 3rd and took a safe 2nd place at the finish. The battle for 3rd was extremely close, but Leo Bell was able to fight his way through from 6th on the grid to take the final step on the podium. Harrison Crook took 4th place, with Alexander Georganas in 5th, Ellie Biddle 6th and Jamie Watson 7th.

Luke Cridland was able to lead for the entire B Final and take a great victory. But he was pushed hard by Jake Holley who caught Luke up on the last few laps, but was unable to find a way past. Jack Elliott took 3rd in the B Final.

Round 3 takes place on Sunday 15th September.
