SEE BRISTOL’S BRAND NEW COPPER BUILDING ON 4TH MAY – NEW IMAGES SHOW THE STRIKING BUILDING AS IT NEARS COMPLETION
Joint venture partners Urban Splash and Places for People have released more new images of the façade of the Copper Building in South Bristol, as well as announcing a Help to Buy mortgage workshop event on Saturday 4th May – at which buyers can find out more about owning a home here.
The new copper façade is a striking addition to the local landscape; it comprises 136 new homes, including the recently launched penthouses – each coming with a balcony offering far reaching vistas over the site’s lake and 10 acres of private green space – as well as up to 947 sq ft of living space over two floors.
The penthouses will also include a south-facing balcony – spanning the full width of the apartment – as well as a large open plan living space, with floor to ceiling glazing throughout.
In addition to the penthouses, the Copper Building also offers one and two bed apartments with prices from just £150,000. Help to Buy is available on all of the homes at the scheme, meaning customers can purchase a one bedroom property with just a £7,500 deposit, and a penthouse with just £15,000 down. Information about the Government-backed scheme will be available on 4th May.
Head of sales for the development Guy Ackernley explained: “Help to Buy is a great initiative which has helped so many buyers across the country; the low deposit requirements make even a penthouse, 10 acres of gardens, and a lake even more attainable.”
All beautifully designed and located on the edge of Bristol, the brand new homes are nestled within vast green space with an orchard, willow glade, a jogging route, and allotments.
