Pulse: Music & Movement for Adults
A weekly Wednesday session supporting adult mental wellbeing through inclusive music-making and movement, with no experience required.
Pulse: Music & Movement for Adults is a weekly group for adults who would like to improve health and wellbeing through music and movement. The sessions offer a relaxed, welcoming space to make music, enjoy gentle physical activity, and connect with others.
Sessions begin as a coffee morning with refreshments, then move into music-making, movement and listening. The group is open to all abilities and no musical or movement experience is needed.
- When: Weekly on Wednesdays (term-time)
- Time: 11:00 to 13:00
- Location: Beacon Music Centre
- Price: First session free, then £3 per session
- Ages: 18+
What happens in a session?
Participants may enjoy refreshments, play instruments and sing, move the body to music, and take time to relax, listen and breathe.
