The Cotswold Big Swim Festival returns in June 2026 with open-water swim distances from 750m to 5km plus a 4x200m team relay at Lake 32 in the Cotswold Water Park.

The Cotswold Big Swim Festival (June 2026) is a celebration of outdoor swimming in the Cotswolds, offering a range of open-water distances for all ages and abilities, plus a 4x200m team relay. Event date & headline start time: Saturday 13th June 2026 (race start shown as 08:00). The swims use a rolling start format, with athletes entering the water a few seconds apart and timings starting when each swimmer crosses the timing mat. Venue: Lake 32 Outdoor Centre, Spratsgate Lane, Shorncote, Cirencester, GL7 6DF. Distances: 750m, 1.9km, 3.8km, 5km, and 4x200m team relay (4 people). (A 10k distance is part of the September event in the same series, not this June date.) June start times: - 08.00 – 750m - 08.30 – 5k - 09.15 – 3.8k - 09.45 – 1.9k - 12.00 – 4 x 200m relay What’s included: chip timing including lap times, medal and goodies for all finishers, race photography, full facilities and refreshments (including hot food and drinks), merchandise, and a full water safety team.
