Tears of the SRE is a fast-paced interactive simulation where teams investigate failures, troubleshoot distributed systems, and respond to realistic operational incidents in a live cloud-native environment.

Participants compete against the clock in capture-the-flag style challenges inspired by real-world scenarios, showcasing incident response, observability, and collaboration.
