Race The Sun Lake District is a dawn-to-dusk team triathlon for teams of two or four, combining cycling, hiking and kayaking while fundraising for Action Medical Research.

The route traverses the heart of the Lake District, including a summit climb of Skiddaw and a kayak on Derwentwater.
