Dark Skies Series | Storm the Fort

A night trail running event at Brean Down in Somerset with 5K and 10K routes, featuring challenging climbs and torchlit running.

Storm the Fort is part of the Dark Skies Series, delivering a traffic-free night running challenge on Brean Down. The course includes climbs onto the ridge, sections through the old fort buildings, and sweeping night views across the Bristol Channel when conditions are clear.

Races and start times:

• 10K Night Run: 07.25pm (Age 8+, £21)
• 5K Night Run: 07.35pm (Age 8+, £21)

Equipment: torches are mandatory (head or chest torch, minimum 250 lumens).
