Theatre Tours 2026 invite visitors to step back centuries and explore the UK’s oldest continuously running theatre.

Guides take groups behind the scenes to discover the building’s history, myths and folklore, highlighting key players and famous performers and sharing stories of the theatre’s dramatic past.

Spaces regularly included:

• The new Bristol Old Vic Foyer
• The Georgian Auditorium, Stage, Gallery and Pit passages
• The Linbury Paintshop
• The Weston Studio
• Coopers’ Hall

Comfortable shoes advised. Step-free route available (advise at time of booking). As a working theatre, some areas may be inaccessible at times and tours may occasionally be rescheduled.
