Oowee Diner is uniting Bristol's food scene with new collaborations

The burger-making geniuses at Oowee Diner in Bristol will release five new burgers designed by some of the city's most popular restaurants.

Oowee is calling this the 'Picton Street series' as the burgers will only be available in limited numbers on one day a month from their branch on Picton Street in Montpelier. 

Oowee has already released its collaboration with Bianchi, but there are still four more groundbreaking burgers.

On June 1, 2025, Oowee will join forces with Michelin-starred Spanish restaurant Paco Tapas before releasing their collaboration with Sri Lankan restaurant Nadu on June 29. 

Then, on August 31, Owee and Wangs will be bringing sensational, authentic Chinese flavours before the final limited edition burger from Wilsons on September 28.
