REVIEW: BEYOND SUBMERGENCE Light Installation

Brace yourselves for an immersive and mind-blowing experience at the BEYOND SUBMERGENCE light installation, opening this weekend at Propyard in Bristol.

Stepping into a world where art meets technology, where lights dance and morph in sync in front of your eyes and guide you. Beyond Submergence is a captivating fusion of interactive lights, vibrant colours, and an atmosphere that will transport you to a realm of pure wonder, relaxation and amazement.

Squidsoup deliver over 20,000 SQ of beautifully choreographed lights, brought to Bristol by the team behind Four Tet’s immersive live performances dubbed ‘the best live show in the world’ by Mixmag.

As you move and explore the space, the lights react and adapt, creating a totally personalised experience.

Oh, and did I mention the sound? Prepare to be enveloped in a carefully curated audio landscape that enhances the immersive nature of this installation. The interplay between light and sound is seamless, transporting you to an entirely different dimension of sensory bliss.

So, whether you're an art aficionado, a tech enthusiast, or simply someone who appreciates breathtaking beauty, BEYOND SUBMERGENCE is an absolute must-visit.

Beyond Submergence opens July 2023 - for more information on tickets, running times and dates, please see the Propyard website - https://propyard.co.uk/events/beyond-submergence/

Pre-booking is a must due to the timed guided element of the exhibition. Suitable for all ages but it is worth nothing that there are extreme flashing lights and moments of total darkness.
