Australian alternative band The Slingers bring their acclaimed live show to The Louisiana for an 18+ gig in Bristol.

Over the last five years of eclectic releases and impassioned live performances, The Slingers have become one of the most distinctive and hyped bands in the Australian alternative scene. The band signed to Flightless Records in 2020 and followed with a double A-side collaboration with Melbourne icon Spike Fuck.

In 2023, debut LP Sentimentalism peaked at #4 on ARIA’s Top Aus Albums and #5 on Top Vinyl Albums, and sold out its physical run. Across 2023 and 2024, the band completed back-to-back sold-out national tours in Australia, before a standout set at Golden Plains 2024.

After a sold-out double headline show in early 2025, the band returned with new material from the incoming album True Believers, celebrated with an East Coast tour in Australia and a first visit to England and Scotland.
