What is there to do around Whitemead?
There are many local attractions around the site, including: Go Ape, Perrygrove Railway, Clearwell Caves, Dean Forest Railway, Dean Heritage Centre, Puzzlewood and many woodland walks.

Are fire pits allowed onsite?
They do not allow fire pits or open fires fuelled by wood for safety reasons.

Do you have a motorhome service point?
Yes, we have a dedicated service point where you can fill up with water and empty your drains. This is located near ‘The Mead’ at the washing up pod.

What types of pitches do you have onsite?
We have gravel hardstanding pitches for motorhomes and caravans, pea gravel pitches for tents and motorhomes and grass tent pitches.

What are the opening times of the facilities?
The main building is open from 8am every day. Food is served from breakfast at 8am-11:30am and main menu 12pm-9pm. The onsite shop and guest services is open 8am-8pm every day.
