Feast On Cookery School: Mastering the Art of Cavatelli (Adults & Child + Parent Sessions)

A 45-minute hands-on pasta-making class at Feast On festival where participants learn to make cavatelli without a pasta machine, with separate adult and child-and-parent sessions.

Feast On Cookery School runs as part of the Feast On festival at The Downs, Bristol during 23–26 July 2026.

The cookery school session is delivered in partnership with The Square Food Foundation and focuses on Mastering the Art of Cavatelli—fresh homemade pasta made without a machine. The class is designed to be fun and hands-on, teaching participants how to shape traditional cavatelli using hands or a simple cavatelli board.

Session types:

• Child & Parent Class (ages 5–14) (under 14s must be accompanied by an adult)
• Adult Sessions (ages 16+)

Duration: 45 minutes (materials included).

Each participant takes home a pasta parcel including:

• A box of handmade cavatelli
• Fresh pesto and tomato sauce
• Recipe cards and cooking instructions
• Allergen information
• Eco-friendly packaging
