Sound Baths at the Mount Without with Annette & Rounik

A series of immersive sound bath sessions in a former Bristol church, led by gong practitioner Annette and singing bowl practitioner Rounik.

Sound Baths at The Mount Without with Annette & Rounik invite attendees to relax, release and reconnect through healing vibrations in the mystical former church venue, The Mount Without in Bristol.

Annette and Rounik create a reflective space using chakra singing bowls, gongs, monochords, chimes and vocals. Each 90-minute session closes with vegan organic chocolate for every attendee.

Arrival: Evening sessions start at 7.00pm; daytime sessions start at 11.00am. Entry is recommended 10 minutes early; doors close soon after the start time.

What to bring: Water bottle, yoga mat, blankets, cushions/pillows and anything needed to stay warm and comfortable.

Important: Sound baths are not recommended for those with extreme sound hypersensitivity, epilepsy, or in the first trimester of pregnancy.
