Love For Bristol: Top Pizza Restaurants in Bristol

Who doesn't love a good pizza? Well, Bristol has loads of places to choose from to satisfy your pizza cravings. Here are some of my favourites.

Pizzarova: Gloucester Road, College Green and a crate in Wapping Wharf, these sourdough pizzas are always cooked to perfection in a wood fire oven. The menu consists of: 'The Lady' - Classic Margherita, 'Yours' - Your choice of toppings or 'Ours' - Their pizza of the week. On Tuesdays, you can get a Pizza and a Beer for £10.00! http://www.pizzarova.com/

Planet Pizza: Consistently good with a wide range of toppings at reasonable prices. I love it in here, it reminds me of Pizza Planet in Toy Story, great for kids and date nights. http://www.planetpizza.co.uk/

Pizza Workshop: Whiteladies Road - I recently discovered this gem, I loved everything about this place, the chilled atmosphere, simple interiors, friendly waiter and incredible fresh food. The base, crust, sauce and toppings were delicious! The garlic bread was awesome with lots of cheese! http://www.pizzaworkshop.co.uk/

Botteginos: A family favourite Botteginos in Emersons Green, the pizzas are huge and always satisfying, as quoted on their website 'their passion for food, inspired by their Italian heritage comes through in all our recipes today.' The waiters are always very welcoming and friendly, many have worked there since it opened which makes you feel at home every time you visit. The prices are reasonable and you can always get an awesome lunch deal. http://www.botteginos.uk.com/

L'Osteria: Located in Quakers Friars, if you want the biggest pizza served in Bristol then go here! The pizzas are so massive they don't fit on the plate and they give you a paper mat underneath. The choice is fantastic, this will definitely satisfy your pizza cravings. https://losteria.co.uk/menu/pizza/

Flour & Ash: Looking for something slightly out of the ordinary? Situated on Gloucester Road, Flour & Ash always have a range of unique toppings to choose from, using the finest freshest ingredients. https://www.flourandash.co.uk/

Pizza 1889: This tiny pizza joint opened this year in Avonmeads Retail Park, I visit regularly as their authentic Italian pizzas are incredible! With weekly specials and cute seating inside. http://www.pizza1889.com/

The Stable: Massive venue The Stable, located on the waterfront is perfect for a group of friends who enjoy nibbling on pizza and drinking cider. You can also book a Cider & Supper experience. https://bristol.stablepizza.com/
